PACKAGING
5.1 Packaging. The cartridges shall be preserved and
packaged in accordance with dwg's. 9215576 and 9280109.
5.2 Packing. The cartridges shall be packed in accordance
with dwg. 9215577.
5.3 Marking. Marking of the wood box shall be in
accordance with dwg. 9215577. The fiber container shall be
marked in accordance with dwg. 9215576 and the metal container
shall be marked in accordance with dug. 9280109.

6.1 Intended use. The cartridges covered by this
specification are intended for use with the 60mm mortar system.
6.2 Ordering data.
See MIL-A-48078 (AR).
6.3 Submission of designs for approval. See MIL-A-48078.
Submit equipment designs, as required to: Commander, US Army
Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, ATTN: AMSMC-QAT-I(D),
Dover, New Jersey 07801-5001.
6.4 Drawings. Drawings listed in Section 2 of this
specfiication under the headings U.S. Army Armament Research,
Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) may also include
drawings prepared by, and identified as Edgewood Arsenal,
Frankford Arsenal, Rock Island Arsenal, Picatinny Arsenal or
ARRADCOM. Technical data originally prepared by these
activities is now under the cognizance of ARDEC.
